Self -Defense CourseWe offer a 4-week, 8 class self-defense course for tweens, teens, and adults - ages 11 and up.
We teach simple, effective techniques with a basic principle that good form and solid technique conquers strength. Our goal is to strengthen, educate and empower youth and women of all ages to be able to defend and protect themselves. Striking ClassOur striking program is a high-intensity workout combining functional training alongside conditioning - we include all our favorite punches and kicks from Muay Thai, Vale Tudo and Capoeira. You will learn to punch, kick and move like a fighter!
The striking workout will get you in amazing shape while providing a solid foundation to effectively strike in a situation that might warrant self-defense. It's a 45-minute class that will reshape your body, de-stress you, and get you ready to take on the day. |
